Imo Startups Weekend is an annual gathering of budding and established entrepreneurs within Imo State and its environs. Every year we work with a theme that helps define our focus and this year our theme is GO GLOBAL.
The Imo Startups weekend is an annual entrepreneurship conference designed to support entrepreneurs and drive business growth within the state and the region. The conference is usually a weekend of powerful networking for entrepreneurs, industries leaders, Innovators, investors, policy makers and thought leaders.
The conference brings these various stake holders into one super charged environment to connect, collaborate and grow.
We are deliberately opening and leading conversations/ strategic collaborations and that will inspire and support young entrepreneurs to create innovative, scalable and bankable businesses in Imo State and within the region.

The world has grown to be a global village without borders. Despite the separation by distance we remain connected to the rest of the world. Hence businesses and entrepreneurs with fore-sight have capitalized on the global landscape to drive business growth.
“Go Global” will focus on three things:
Identify existing businesses in the state that are building or needs to build for the global market.
Identify existing structures, institutions and opportunities that can support these businesses.
Lead a conversation between businesses and the institutions which will result to collaborations, and connect businesses with available opportunities.
The conference this year will feature booth camp, Keynotes, fire side chats, panels, master classes and industry meet-ups.
we will also initiate and lead new conversations for collaborations and partnerships to drive business growth.
